REGISTRATION PROCEDURES.
 
Identification letter written in the school's letter headed paper specifying applicant's area of specialization and signed by the principal/coordinator.
Original certificate/statement of result for the course for which registration is sought.
Three recent passport sized photographs.
Photocopy of certificate(s) and statement of result.
The sum of eight thousand Naira (N8,000.00).
Original Transcript.
   
Note:
There is no guarantee that document will be re-issued on supply of above listed items. The Registration Officer shall assess the situation and use her discretion to re-issue Notification where need be.

  FOREIGN TRAINED NURSES    
 
Non-refundable application fee (N3, 000.00) in bank draft in favour of the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Verification of registration/licensure from the foreign Nurses Registration Board/Authority sent directly to the NMCN.
Original official academic transcripts of all professional nursing courses undertaken, sent from the institutions directly to NMCN.
Sit and pass a pre-registration examination.
Undergo a Minimum of 3 months orientation programme in an approved institution.
Duely completed registration form with the prescribed fee in bank draft to the NMCN if registration is approved.
Registration and issuance of Notification of registration/licence.
