| INDEXING PROCEDURES. |

- Receipt of Indexing forms from School.
- Cross checking the on-line to be sure the names are there.
- Recording the indexing pack in incoming register.
- Transfer of the pack to the desk officer for the programme for approval.
- Checking of the pack to be sure that the requirements for indexing are met.
- Approval is granted.
- Indexing pack is sent to on-line desk officer for the programme.
- Assignment of on-line index numbers by the on-line staff (desk officer)
- Downloading and printing of on-line numbers by the on-line desk officer for the programme.
- Cross checking for typographic and other error.
- Signature endorsement and sealing of the indexing.
- Despatching to Admin unit for final posting to various institutions concerned.
