The procedures of Indexing students starts, with receiving of documents filled by the students and authenticated by the Principal. These documents include Council’s Form A & B accompanied by photocopies of W.A.E.C./N.E.C.O. Certificates and two identical passport photographs along with the prescribed fees.
The information obtained from each student is then scrutinised and if found correct entered into the register. The qualified students are then issued with index numbers which are sent to their respective Schools.
In the case of Post Basic students, the form A & B is accompanied with photocopies of "Notification of Registration" or Certificate of General Nursing/Midwifery/Psychiatry along with other requirements listed for basic training.
