Indexing is the process of entering students biodata into Registers. The indexing unit is an integral part of Education, Research and Statistics Departments of the Council.

It performs the following functions:-

Ensures that all applicants comply with the Council’s entry requirements.

Registers students personal data.

Keeps statistical data of enrolled Students.

Issues index numbers to qualified applicants.

Processes documents relating to transfer of students.

Verifies eligibility of students for Council’s Final Qualifying Examination.
