The requirements for renewal are:

• Original Expired Licence
• Completed Licencing Form (Note that a poorly completed Form will be rejected)
• Two (3) recent passport photographs (Coloured with white background)
• Photocopy of certificate of participation in Mandatory continuous Development programme must be attached.
• Photocopies of certificates of registration (Notifications are only accepted for newly qualified (Students that passed out of School)
• Payment of stipulated fees in teller from First Bank of Nigeria (computer Print-out should accompany the teller)
• Clients who are for First licencing are to provide a letter of introduction by the principal of their Schools and to present original copies of certificates of Registration.

Requirements for reissuance of Lost of Licence are:

• Completed Licencing Form
• Two (2) recent passport photographs (Coloured  with white background)
• Photocopies of Certificates of Registration (Notifications are only accepted for newly qualified Clients).
• Originals of certificates or notifications as applicable for sighting.
• Police extract
• Sworn Court affidavit
• Payment of N3,000.00 to the Council’s Account (Computer Print-outs should accompany tellers)
